Traditional handpicking only, to preserve grape quality and select only the finest bunches at the optimal moment.

BLENDING AND TRADITIONAL VINIFICATION

Blend of the first press of Grand Cru grapes.
Approximately 35% of reserve wines are aged in oak barrels from the Montagne de Reims, allowing the aromas to develop greater complexity and roundness.
Traditional vinification avoiding any premature oxidation.
No malolactic fermentation to preserve the wine’s naturally fruity aroma and ensure perfect preservation.


AGING

Aged for 5 years on lees in the House’s cellars, resulting in a complex and fresh wine.


DOSAGE

Brut – 8 g/litre to maintain the balance between freshness and character.

The dosage liqueur is made from a blend of CUPERLY Champagne wine and cane sugar.

Contains sulfites.

Serving & Storage

SERVING
The ideal temperature for enjoying Champagne is between 8°C and 10°C.
Two recommended methods for chilling:
• Place the bottle in a Champagne bucket filled with ice and water for 30 minutes.
• Lay the bottle in the bottom of the refrigerator for 4 hours.

 

STORAGE

Keep away from light to prevent “light strike” (off-flavors).
Maintain high humidity, between 60% and 70%.
Store at a cool, constant temperature, between 10°C and 12°C.
• Protect from odors, drafts, sudden temperature changes, and vibrations.

 

SHELF LIFE

Our Champagnes are crafted to reach you at their perfect stage of maturity.
They have been aged for many years in our cellars to achieve this precious balance.

You can enjoy them without further ageing.

We recommend tasting them within 2 years of your order to appreciate their most complex aromas.
