Traditional hand harvest, carried out exclusively to preserve grape quality and select only the finest bunches at the optimal moment.

45% Pinot Noir
25% Pinot Meunier
10% Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir vinified as red wine
BLENDING AND TRADITIONAL VINIFICATION
Blend of cuvées.
Traditional vinification in stainless steel tanks, avoiding any premature oxidation.
No malolactic fermentation to preserve the wine’s naturally fruity aroma and ensure perfect preservation.
AGEING
Aged for a minimum of 15 months in bottles on lees in the House’s cellars, resulting in a structured and fresh wine.
DOSAGE
Brut – 10 g/litre to maintain the balance between freshness and character.
The dosage liqueur is made from a blend of CUPERLY Champagne wine and cane sugar.
Contains sulfites.

The ideal temperature for enjoying Champagne is between 8°C and 10°C.
The two recommended methods for chilling are:
• Place the bottle in a Champagne bucket filled with ice and water for 30 minutes.
• Lay the bottle in the bottom of the refrigerator for 4 hours.
STORAGE
• Keep away from light to prevent “light strike”
• Maintain high humidity between 60% and 70%
• Store at a cool, constant temperature between 10°C and 12°C
• Protect from odors, drafts, sudden temperature changes, and vibrations
SHELF LIFE
Our Champagnes are crafted to reach you at their perfect stage of evolution. They have been aged for many years in our cellars to achieve their precious maturity.
They can be enjoyed without further aging in your cellar.
