NOBLES GRAPE VARIETIES
Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are the only two grape varieties permitted in the blending of a Grand Cru Champagne. They are considered the only noble grape varieties of Champagne, producing wines of exceptional quality. These emblematic varietals of Maison Cuperly reveal unmatched finesse and bouquet.
THE PINOT NOIR
Wines made from Pinot Noir are distinguished by their strength and depth, supported by solid structure and the finesse of their bouquet. They are characterized by red fruit aromas and a pronounced structure. This grape variety brings body and power to the blend.
THE CHARDONNAY
Chardonnay wines are defined by their delicacy, freshness, and elegance. They are characterized by subtle aromas, floral and citrus notes, and sometimes mineral hints. With slow development, it is the ideal grape variety for aging wines.
