Traditional vinification avoiding any premature oxidation, in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

AGEING
Aged for 3 years in bottle on lees in the House’s cellars, resulting in a fruity and fresh wine.

The ideal temperature for enjoying Champagne is between 8°C and 10°C.
Two recommended methods for chilling:
• Place the bottle in a Champagne bucket filled with ice and water for 30 minutes.
• Lay the bottle in the bottom of the refrigerator for 4 hours.
STORAGE
• Keep away from light to prevent “light strike.”
• Maintain high humidity, between 60% and 70%.
• Store at a cool, constant temperature, between 10°C and 12°C.
• Protect from odors, drafts, sudden temperature changes, and vibrations.
SHELF LIFE
Our Champagnes are crafted to reach you at their ideal stage of evolution. They have aged for many years in our cellars to reach their precious maturity.
They can be enjoyed without further ageing in your cellar.
We recommend drinking them within 2 years of your purchase to fully appreciate their most complex aromas.
