Serving & Storage

SERVING
The ideal temperature for enjoying Champagne is between 8°C and 10°C.
Two recommended methods for chilling:
• Place the bottle in a Champagne bucket filled with ice and water for 30 minutes.
• Lay the bottle in the bottom of the refrigerator for 4 hours.

STORAGE
• Keep away from light to avoid “light strike.”
• Maintain high humidity, between 60% and 70%.
• Store at a cool, constant temperature, between 10°C and 12°C.
• Protect from odors, drafts, sudden temperature changes, and vibrations.

SHELF LIFE
Our Champagnes are crafted to reach you at their ideal stage of maturity. They have been aged for many years in our cellars to achieve this.
They can be enjoyed without further ageing in your own cellar.

We recommend enjoying them within 2 years of your purchase to fully appreciate their most complex aromas.
