70% Pinot Noir
From our Grand Cru vineyards in the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs.
BLENDING AND TRADITIONAL VINIFICATION
Blend of the first press of Grand Cru grapes.
Approximately 70% of reserve wines are aged in oak barrels from the Montagne de Reims, enhancing the wine’s aromatic complexity and roundness.
Traditional vinification avoiding any premature oxidation.
No malolactic fermentation to preserve the wine’s naturally fruity aroma and ensure perfect preservation.
AGEING
Aged for 1 year in oak barrels and 4 years in bottle on lees in the House’s cellars, resulting in an intense and refined wine.
