Traditional harvest, carried out exclusively by hand to preserve grape quality and select only the finest bunches at the optimal moment.

From our Grand Cru vineyards in the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs.
BLENDING AND TRADITIONAL VINIFICATION
Blend of the first press of Grand Cru grapes from the 2012 harvest.
100% of the wines were aged in fine oak barrels from the Montagne de Reims to enhance aromatic complexity and roundness.
Traditional oak barrel vinification avoiding any premature oxidation.
No malolactic fermentation to preserve the wine’s naturally fruity aroma and ensure perfect preservation.
AGING
Aged for 1 year in oak barrels and 8 years in bottles on lees in the House’s cellars, resulting in a mature and rich wine.
DOSAGE
Brut – 6 g/litre to maintain the balance between freshness and character.
The dosage liqueur is made from a blend of CUPERLY Champagne wine and cane sugar.
Contains sulfites.

The ideal temperature for enjoying Champagne is between 8°C and 10°C.
Two recommended methods for chilling:
• Place the bottle in a Champagne bucket filled with ice and water for 30 minutes.
• Lay the bottle in the bottom of the refrigerator for 4 hours.
STORAGE
• Keep away from light to avoid “light strike”
• Maintain high humidity between 60% and 70%
• Store at a cool, constant temperature between 10°C and 12°C
• Protect from odors, drafts, sudden temperature changes, and vibrations

Our Champagnes are crafted to reach you at their perfect stage of evolution. They have been aged for many years in our cellars to reach their precious maturity.
They can be enjoyed without further ageing in your cellar.
We recommend enjoying them within 2 years of your purchase to fully appreciate their most complex aromas.
